Forza Motorsport 2

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009

The game I’m speding the most time on at the moment is Forza Motorsport 2, I’ve had it since it launched back in May 2007  but never completed it. So now I’m trying to burn through all these races. I’ve completed 79% of the game up until now and I’ve spent 41 hours on it so theres still a good 10-15 hours in at maybe even more.

An top of that there’s alot of achievements to be had, right now I’m going for the last endurance race in the Endurance Race series, 40 laps of just going round and round. A bit boring really, but I’m willing to spend that time on it. After this achievement I have collected 468G/1000 so still alot of points left.

The best thing about this game is that you keep playing it, but I don’t think it has any replay value what so ever when you complete the offline/single player segment. The graphics are great and still good compared with newer racing games.

Roll on Forza motorsport 3!

DXG 1.2009

Sunday, March 15th, 2009

Hi everyone.

The first DXG (Danish Xbox Gamers) Event was held yesterday only with 2 participants. Me and my brother. We had a blast playing FIFA 09 and Guitar Hero, the next event will hopefully have more than 2 participants and a couple of real tournament based contests with prizes included.

I don’t have a date for this yet but it will most likely be in April or May. More information will follow.

The games we are aiming to play at the events are at the moment:

  • Forza Motorsport 2
  • Halo 3
  • FIFA 09

If the DXG event keeps getting bigger, we will most likely expand it to an Online event so the people from around the country or the world can paricipate.

Regards,

UNP – DXG founder

KISS this!

Just found this on a Danish web shop, on official Gene Simmons axe guitar! Unfortunately it only work with PlayStation 2/PlayStation 3/Wii but the upside is that work can be used with both the Guitar Hero and Rock Band series.

Rock on folks!

Jerry and Rachel are two strangers thrown together by a mysterious phone call from a woman they have never met. Threatening their lives and family, she pushes Jerry and Rachel into a series of increasingly dangerous situations, using the technology of everyday life to track and control their every move.

This movie features and couple of exellent action scenes and especially a car chase, simply… wow! Some times the movie slows down so much that you almost fall asleep metaphorically speaking. But overall an okay movie well worth a rental.
