Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Single Player:
The singleplayer campaign is one of the best I’ve ever played only surpassed by Call of Duty: World at War. You get sucked into the story line as you switch between the British S.A.S.’ Sgt. John “SOAP” McTavish and the U.S. Marine Force Recon as Sgt. Paul Jackson. The missions are action packed and not very long, two things that make you play even more missions in one sitting as it doesn’t feel like you are spending that much time on your computer. Graphics-wise this game completely blew me away when I first saw it when it was released late 2007. And today I’m still amazed, it will even run on a now lower spec’ed machine without much trouble. The audio and soundtrack in this game is magnificent, I’ve managed in some of the later missions of the game to completely loose my calm as the games musical soundtrack kicks in with a bang. Absolutely beautiful.
All in all, if you haven’t played this game it’s an absolute killer that you will return to again and again.
